You can use any device you like to access your online appointment as long as it has:

1) a microphone and camera

2) the Google Chrome Browser installed (you will have to use Chrome).

If you are planning on using your mobile phone you may need to download Google Hangouts Meet*. It is free to download from Google Play and the App Store. 

*Please note that many older phones have Google Hangouts installed. Unfortunately you will still have to update to Google Hangouts Meet.
