My name is Mrs. Parlato, and I am from Jamestown, ND.  I am licensed in both North Dakota and Minnesota.  I obtained my Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology (2014) from Valley City State University, and my Masters of Education in School Counseling (2016) from Northern State University.  The 2022-2023 school year was my first year working within East Grand Forks Public Schools.

I have been married to my husband: Troy, since 2021, and we have our daughters: Hadlee and Scarlett, and dog: Luna.
