Hello! My name is Lisa Palmer. I teach second grade at New Heights Elementary. I graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and then received my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Thomas.

Education has always been a top priority in my life and I enjoy watching my students grow through the year not only in stature, but in knowledge.

It has been very special teaching here in this district because I grew up in East Grand Forks. I’m carrying on the family tradition. My mom and dad both taught here for many years.
