Robert Hapka has been teaching Industrial Technology at East Grand Forks Public Schools since 1995. He is originally from Argyle, MN and a graduate of Moorhead State University and received his graduate degree from the University of St. Thomas.

Mr. Hapka previously taught in the school districts of Grenora, ND, Middle River, MN, Detroit Lakes, MN, Lidgerwood, ND and Winona, MN.
