Effortless Coaches are independent coaches who share their experience and expertise. They apply the best modern methods, are highly effective and know how to attract the right clients directly. The Effortless Coaching Expertise Center offers enterprising people with the right background and attitude for this profession the opportunity to get started as an Effortless Coach in three months.

After compact professional training in "Effortless Coaching," the most powerful and complete modern coaching approach, you will be equipped to coach certified corporate clients as well as individuals.

Your background

Have you coached people in healthcare or education, or after a career as a manager, would you like to use your knowledge and experience to help others in their personal growth?

As an Effortless Coach, you are focused on the client's end result and not limited to one specific technique. Effortless Coaching uses the latest insights from neurophysiology and the quantum physical worldview.
Integrates the principles under the work of Bruce Lipton, Candace Pert, Tom Campbell, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Brandon Bays, Byron Katie into one holistic approach
The course provides both the content and the business foundation for successfully performing your role as a coach.

Open and free collaboration

You owe no remittance on your earnings after training.
You invest exclusively in the training, experiencing for yourself the fascinating process of your own transition to effortless living and working, and learning how to help others overcome their deep-seated obstacles and apply the principles of effortless living, with lasting results.
You will learn how, as an Effortless Coach, you effortlessly get booked up with the right clients, especially in this day and age when traditional means no longer work well.
Your clients include individuals, self-employed and employees, you will determine your own specialization according to your circumstances, expertise and affinity.
After training and certification, you will be part of our professional network and have ongoing access to substantive and business support from the Effortless Coaching Expert Center, which takes care of Quality, Promotion, Arbitration and Continuing Education.

Entry Requirements

Bachelor's+/Academic work and perception level. Preferably work experience in people-oriented positions as a trainer, coach, counselor, mediator, therapist, psychologist, HR advisor, manager or supervisor.

You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and above all the will to help people in their personal growth. And you long to be actively engaged and have a (full time or part time) fully booked coaching practice.

Cost of the Effortless Coach Education Program

The cost for the program is €3995. This is your sole investment for the total, unlimited ongoing Effortless Coaching Education Program.

Continuing education and ongoing support from the Effortless Coaching expertise center are free of charge and you make no remittance on your earnings as a coach and pay no dues or membership fees.

There are also no obligations and your certification remains valid indefinitely. Effortless Coaches are professionals who work together in total freedom and love for their profession and the people they help.

Participation criteria

HBO+/Academic working and thinking level. Preferably work experience in people-oriented positions as a trainer, coach, counselor, mediator, psychologist, HR advisor, manager or supervisor.

You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and above all the will to help people in their personal growth. And you long to be actively involved and have a (full time or part time) fully booked coaching practice.

Duration and study load

The training has a unique study and learning format, in groups of 12 to 18 participants we work together over 3 months, a total of 15 (+2) course days in constantly changing sub-groups. You will also spend an average of one half-day per week on study, reading material and exercises.

Examination

The course is completed with an exam that examines whether the student has gained insight into the subject matter, can apply what they have learned and is ready to continue as a coach. With positive results, certification and registration as an Effortless Coach follows. If there are still insufficient results, the student receives a certificate of participation and the internship period can be used to further deepen the material and take the exam again. This is always customized in consultation.

Internship period

Upon completion of the joint program, the optional internship period begins. Students are given a practical assignment to perform during this period. It is not possible to do an internship with a coach with a client because of the confidential relationship. The internship takes place between students as a period to gain depth and further experience in practice. During the first semester, students can submit the results of their sessions and trial sessions to the center of expertise for assessment and receive feedback on their results.
