WELLBEING

WELLBEING TEAM

REPS has a strong history of prioritising wellbeing for the whole school community. At risk students are supported by our Wellbeing Team. Our team includes designated non-teaching staff, DET psychologist, school based psychologist, speech pathologist and teaching team.

RESTORATIVE PRACTICE

When relationships break down between members of the school community, we use “Restorative Practices” to restore and rebuild these. Staged responses are implemented in addressing ongoing behavioural issues.

RESPECTFUL RELATIONSHIPS

REPS is a proud lead RR school, which is a comprehensive approach to the primary prevention of vioelence against women in school. Evidence reveals that a whole school approach is the most important component in Resepecftul Relationships Education (Department of Education, 2014).


CHILD SAFETY

Reservoir East Primary School will act to protect children from abuse, and build an environment where children feel respected, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. Children and adults know what to do if they observe or are subject to abuse or inappropriate behaviour.
