Loaning of a school owned device

Please contact Philip Tang on Philip.Tang@education.vic.gov.au if you your child has limited access to technology whilst learning remotely. This will help us with pre-setting up the student device and help arrange an appropriate time for collection.

We ask you to please read the following information regarding your request for loaning a school-owned device to support your child/children's educational needs during Remote Learning.

• Upon collection you will need to sign a document/agreement regarding acceptable use and responsibility over the device whilst it is in your care. An electronic copy of the loan agreement is available for you to view in advance in order to make our collection process fluid. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to ask the technicians upon collection.

• An audit of 'pre existing' physical wear and tear damage has been provided by our technicians. Feel free to view the iPad upon collection before signing the agreement.

• In order to loan a device for your child/ren we require one adult to collect the device from MVPS during their allocated time.

• We ask that each parent brings their own pen to sign the documentation where possible to avoid sharing of stationery.

• Loan items will include: iPad, case/cover, charger.

• In order to follow 'physical distancing' protocols, markings have been set out outside of the school Reception/Office. We ask parents to please meet the technicians out the front of the school, lining up on the markings near the entrance.
