Reading

Enjoy reading for the love of it! Take the time to dive deeper into a book, getting lost in a great story or learning some fun facts.

Activity 2

Colouring

A wonderful way to practice mindfulness and be creative. Use some of the resources here or your own to create colourful masterpieces.
