2022 Year 7 Transition Information Portal

Welcome to the 2022 Year 7 Transition Portal. At Myrtleford P12 College, we understand that transition from Year 6 to Year 7 is a milestone for many students and families. This can be an exciting but often anxious time. To make the transition process as positive as possible we have planned a series of transition days to help familiarise students with the secondary school facilities and processes.

Transition days

• Tuesday 16^th November

• Thursday 2^nd December

• Tuesday 7^th December (Statewide Transition Day)

We will host an information evening (Date TBC) in Term 4 2021. This presentation will include relevant information for families of students transitioning into year 7, and address some frequently asked questions.
