As a school ARPS continues to maintain a strong focus on student wellbeing and mental health and offers ongoing support to students, families, parents/caregivers and the community as a whole.

Journaling

Take 2 minutes to remember your most meaningful experience in the past 24 hours and write down a few bullet points about it in a journal or your phone etc.

For 2 minutes write a short email or text message praising or thanking one person in your life

Think of 3 things you are grateful for (and why)

Exercise

Do 15 minutes of fun mindful cardio at least 3 times a week

Meditate

For 2 minutes watch your breath go in and out
