We love creating a variety of artworks that link to our integrated units. In Term 2 we created ship artworks depicting the boats of the first fleet. We then created some artworks inspired by Indigenous artist Bronwyn Bancroft as we explored First Contacts from the Indigenous perspective.
Throughout semester one, Stage Two have had ample opportunities to participate in a variety of sporting experiences. From the swimming carnival, to cross country; from AFL and cricket lessons, to the junior PSSA teams; Stage Two has shown great determination when engaging in physical activity.
We were lucky enough to take all of Stage Two to camp in Term 2. The students had an amazing time trying new experiences and venturing out of our comfort zones. Students got to experience archery, bushwalking, orienteering, initiatives, fishing and damper cooking. We had an amazing time making new friendships with our peers while we were away.
