Make sure you have a quiet space and a table to work on safely.
You'll need:
paper
lead pencil
eraser
Optional: charcoal, playdough, plasticine or clay.

Share your spider drawing and insect sketches with your teacher.
You might like to display them in your classroom or at home!

Some possible extension activities you can explore include:
Add detail to your insect drawing using watercolour and black pen.
Write a short story based on your drawing. Make sure to give your insect character a name.
Sculpt your insect character using clay, playdough or other materials you have around you.
Publish your illustrated story and read it to someone.
Give your sculpture to someone in your family as a gift.
