‘The process of self-reflection is a powerful tool for the development of your soft skills. It is an opportunity to recognise achievement and success. It will help to develop motivation and maintain positivity, as well as recognise what might be done the next time and apply that toward even better results. This supports the development of other soft skills, such as critical thinking, creativity and flexibility in moving forward to the next activity.
