Complete the following three (3) Desmos activities by clicking on each image to open the interactive in a new tab.
Play Integer wars with a friend or family member.
You will need:
deck of cards
pencil and paper
Using the Ace (one) to ten cards from a standard deck of cards, each player takes turns to draw two cards from the deck.
Red cards are negative and black cards are positive.
Multiply the two cards together.
The player who has the largest total wins a point.
Play until someone reaches a score of 10.
Try playing Four 4’s by writing your ideas into your exercise book or folder.
Can you find every number between 1 and 20 using only four 4’s and any operation?
Eg. √4 + √4 + 4⁄4 = 5
