WPGHS Values: Unity
In 1977, we firmly anchored ourselves in traditional pillars. Our student council actively worked to:
Uphold Discipline: Creating an atmosphere where rules were respected was paramount.
Cultivate Respect: We endeavoured to instill a deep sense of respect for educators, peers, and authority figures.
Strengthen Community Ties: Community initiatives were not just activities; they were our way of intertwining students with the world, nurturing their societal duty and compassion.
Empower Voices: Every student had a say, and we strived to ensure their voices echoed in our corridors.
Build School Camaraderie: Through events and gatherings, we aimed to weave a tapestry of unity and collective pride.
In the image of the student council donning their proper uniforms above, these values are vividly portrayed: discipline through their orderly formation, respect in their dignified demeanor, community ties in their diverse representation, empowered voices through their unity, and a strong sense of camaraderie evident in their harmonious presence.
