What's the Time?

Murray has fluff for brains and finds it very difficult to remember things.  Murray noticed in the foyer of the school there is no clock to tell people the time.  Murray doesn't wear a watch and he is asking students to enter a competition to make a clock for the foyer.  

The lucky winner will have their clock design made into a clock which will be displayed in the foyer until the end of the year.  The clock is theirs to take home for keeps at the end of the year.
