STRATEGY FOR ONLINE LEARNING DELIVERY

All learning at Kincumber High School is now being delivered online.

Whether students are at home or attending school all students are expected to complete learning activities online using Google Classroom.

Students at Kincumber High School have been exposed to Google Classroom and should be comfortable in using the platform. However, if students or parents would like support in accessing and using Google Classroom they should read our Quick Reference Guides on using Google Classroom (available below).

The expectation of the Department of Education is that students to continue online learning until such time as it is safe to resume face-to-face learning at school. Therefore, staff will be providing learning opportunities on their Google Classrooms. A Google Classroom exists for every class in every grade at Kincumber High School. Most students will have already joined these classrooms earlier in the year, however, in the event a student has not joined all of their classrooms they will be required to do so ASAP.

On this site you will find pages for each year group containing a listing of all classes and the relevant code needed to join that classroom. Students should use their timetables to ensure that they have joined each of their teachers' Google Classrooms.

Students are required to check the Google Classroom for each of their classes each day and complete any activities provided by their teachers. Staff will be delivering learning experiences online in-lieu of face-to-face timetabled periods. Students are required to access and complete this learning using the instructions provided by teachers in their Google Classrooms.
