This term in Visual Arts, our Foundation and Level 1 artists have been learning about the elements of art and the still life genre. Students have expanded their Visual Arts vocabulary and practised language and techniques related to each of the 7 elements - colour, line, shape, form, texture, space and value. Students have experimented with a variety of art-making materials including oil pastels, watercolours, acrylics and some printmaking techniques too. They have produced a series of impressive and unique still-life artworks this term!
