Every project that makes it to Level 3 judging (during the second half of the day at STLP State) is in the running to be named STLP State Champion. Level 3 is the Finals for the STLP Project Cycle.

Level 3 Projects interact with judges on a conversational level. Judges will have questions...and teams should demonstrate their dedication and enthusiasm for their project (it's not a time for practiced speeches).
