WHERE ARE THE TABLES?

Level 2 Projects are organized by the grade level Division as entered on your school's STLP State Registration form. Schools are grouped together.

Similar to Regionals, each Level 2 Project has been assigned a Table # and given an approximate judging time.

Unlike previous years, the 2019 Level 2 Projects are spread into 4 main areas throughout the venue:

• K-5 Projects - Heritage Hall (First Floor map)
• 6-8 Projects - Thoroughbred Rooms 1-2-3, Thoroughbred Pre-Function Area, Arena Lobby (Third Floor map)
• 9-12 Projects - Bluegrass Ballroom, Bluegrass Pre-Function (Third Floor Map)

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR AREA

Upon arrival, each team should proceed directly to their project table. There is no need to check in or "register" on site. Review maps to find escalators, elevators, & stairs.

In the morning (only), Lexington Center staff will be shuttling teams to the Third Floor via the frieght elevator. Access to the frieght elevator can be made via Heritage Hall on First Floor. Note: the frieght elevator is not for public use and can only be accessed during the working while assisted by staff.

WITH RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING

Table assignments and judging times can not be adjusted. We recognize that many schools are travelling great distances to participate...and the general schedule has been pushed back as late in the morning as possible to help accomodate those travel times. Likewise, the general schedule has been posted for over a year to assist schools in planning trips.

No matter your judging time, schools should plan to have projects set up and ready to go no later than the 10:30 AM EST and be prepared for the possiblity of remaining setup and attentive for presenting again as a Level 3 project ...and potentially being named Best Project in State during the evening Award Ceremony.
