We are the Local Chapter for the Northwest Suburbs within Illinois. Our goal is to bring local school professionals together to integrate mindfulness and wellness practices into the lives of educators, students, and community members.

The Coalition of Schools Educating Mindfully is a nationwide nonprofit 501c3 open to anyone wanting to create an impact within schools:

"Coalition of Schools Educating Mindfully (COSEM) is an educator-led 501c3 nonprofit that supports school communities by connecting them with mentors, trainings, and resources for mindfulness-based social, emotional, and academic learning. We empower educators to explore, personally practice, and then embed mindfulness in their classrooms. By joining forces and assisting each other as we implement holistic approaches to education, we equip the world's youth with skills to thrive and create a more compassionate world!"
