A Woman I Admire

May is a great month, it is one of the most exciting months out of the year for many reasons.The weather is getting warm, days are longer and green things are growing like weeds.There's so many important events going on in May and so many different things to do.

One of my favorite months starts with the celebration of Mother’s Day. This celebration started in the 1900s as a result of the efforts of Anna Jarvis, daughter of Ann Reeves Jarvis. After her mother's 1905 death, Anna Jarvis conceived of Mother's Day as a way of honoring the sacrifices mothers made for their children.

Our students of 4th ESO B have talked about their mums and have expressed how much they love them.
