North Berwick Remote Learning

This website has been created to support children in the North Berwick Cluster to engage in remote learning caused by self-isolation.

Many people are being affected by Covid-19. People are affected in different ways, some people being asymptomatic whilst others become unwell. To ensure that we minimise the risk of transmitting Covid, children & families are being encouraged to use lateral flow tests to gain an understanding of their health situation. Upon obtaining a positive lateral flow test, there will be a period of time when your child will be asked to self-isolate.

If your child remains to appear well or is asymptomatic we would encourage families to engage with remote learning whilst waiting to return to school.

If your child is unwell we would not expect them to engage with learning and would encourage them to rest and recuperate.

If due to family circumstances with others being unwell, you are unable to fully support your child in engaging with learning, we would not expect your child to fully engage in remote learning.
