PROJECT TITLE: Diverse Track Peek
Project Description
The desire of the students in their chosen careers must be followed, and joining a particular strand just because of the majority's choice must be eliminated. Therefore, the council has decided to provide an activity where students would be knowledgeable about their interests and choose the right track to pick in Senior High School. To make it more sensible, it shall be a competition among Senior High School students representing their strand, and the visitors - “the Junior High School students” must be the judges.
Rationale
To give students a wide understanding of the possible tracks they could choose entering Senior High School.
To encourage students to follow their desired career path through each strand showcased.
To display the talents of Senior High School students when it comes to exhibiting their chosen strand.
Mechanism
By the last quarter of the school year, Grade 9 to Grade 10 Students will visit a 2-day exhibit existing in the school’s covered court and have a tour of the different strands EDSCI could offer once they enter the Senior Year.
Participating students from each strand must show the means of their strand through exhibits of work or creative models they would encounter in the future, and what field it specializes in.
Then, after the students have explored the fair, they must only vote for two among all the strands, and the strand with the most votes shall be awarded as the winner.
PROJECT TITLE: EDSCIntramurals Returns!
Project Description
Now that face-to-face classes are implemented, Sophians must be able to experience participating in physical sports and be able to interact with their classmates for a healthy lifestyle and improved bond with one another.
Rationale
To be familiar with the different physical activities that can be done individually and in group games.
To maximize the participation of every student in sections in from Elementary to Senior High School.
To let the students undergo a joyous experience that will strengthen the spirit and unity of every section.
Mechanism
Starting from Grade 3 to Grade 4 (up to Senior High School), there will be a waiver to be distributed in order to know who will be the participants of every activity that will be played. A letter would also be sent to every student regarding the jersey and its cost, though students won’t be required to avail and is only used to distinguish the student’s section.
After that, each 2-grade level must have an allotted 3-day sports fest, depending on the school’s calendar, and that allotted timetable must be maximized by having the winners by the last day of the schedule.
Each player must be acknowledged for their participation and then, awarding of winners shall be conducted by the last hours of the day.
