Siklab A-LOVE

• Goal: Siklab A-Love aims to promote fitness and health to everyone who is part of the EDSCI community. At the same time, it ignites love between the students and the people around them since it enables them to bond with their families, friends, a,nd schoolmates that will surely give them a fun experience. On the other hand, this platform will also share love to other people in the community since it would raise funds that will be used to donate by the Supreme Student Government to a particular charity.

• Description: Siklab A-Love is a fun run event that would probably be held during the end of the EDSCI’s Foundation Week. From the two words “Siklab” and “Alab,” this event wants to spark and make Sophians’ desire for fitness and good health keep burning while having the time to share love with their community as well. A fine of ₱20.00 will be collected from each person that wants to join the event for them to donate to a particular charity. The route of the jogging exercise will start from Caloocan Sports Complex to the end of the Saranay Road, and then going back to the Caloocan Sports Complex. People jogging on this road usually jog on the sidewalks, but we can coordinate with the Barangay Hall officials in order to inform them about this event and ask permission to close the said road for at least 1-2 hours during the early morning so that a big number of participants can freely jog.

SIDE PLATFORM :

KWENTONG SOPHIAN

• Goal: Kwentong Sophian aims to promote positivity and inspire every Sophian to continue striving for their dreams by letting students, and even some EDSCI alumni, share their inspiring stories or fun experiences during their stay in EDSCI.

• Description: Kwentong Sophian are postings in which the inspiring or fun stories of EDSCI students and alumni during their stay in EDSCI would be the content. These postings would surely be one of the keys of the current students to be inspired in reaching their endeavors in life, or at least make them motivated to move forward despite different hardships that they are facing.
