Melisa Parr

This is Ms. Paar's first year teaching 8th grade Math/Algebra and Forensics at The STEM Academy, but she has spent the last 9.5 years teaching Math (grades 6-8), Texas History, and Study Skills in Frisco. She also coached middle school cheerleading for three years while in Frisco.

In her free time, Ms. Paar enjoys travelling and volunteering for local animal rescues (she has 4 greyhounds at home!) and police departments. She also spends her summers playing powder-puff flag football and raising money for Alzheimer's research. Ms. Paar also looks forward to getting married next summer!
