Karin Smith

Mrs. Smith first became involved with RES around seven years ago. She began volunteering at the former iSchool where her daughter attended and graduated from. She then started substitute teaching. The opportunity arose to go full time, as a paraprofessional in Special Education two years ago. She says that it has been so rewarding working with these students. They are the reason she keeps coming back. She knows that God has placed her here for this season in her life. Most important to Mrs. Smith is her faith and her family. She has a husband of 26 years, a beautiful daughter, a cat, and a German shepherd.
