Andrea Jones

Andrea Jones is the Dean of Instructional Technology at The STEM Academy.

Mrs. Jones worked in elementary education for 7 years focusing primarily on 3rd - 5th grade Math. Her time focused on elementary Math lead her to work with Region 11 during the summer providing Math Achievement Academies to teachers.

Mrs. Jones' love for integrating technology and providing meaningful learning opportunities that deepens their understanding of content through technology, lead her to the instructional technology field. She then spent 3 years working with Sanger ISD in developing their instructional technology curriculum and providing professional development and on campus instructional technology support for teachers.

This is her first year her at STEM where her role focuses on working with and supporting teachers on how to implement technology based projects into the classroom as well as supporting the integration of our Instructional Quad.
