Billy Mendoza

Billy Mendoza was born in Manteca, a city in San Joaquin County, California. He will be attending the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville next fall, and he plans on studying subjects in either the engineering or history fields. He enjoys messing about and learning about automobile mechanics. He also takes interest in exploring the theories that challenge the current staples of modern science, as well as expanding his own knowledge in many subjects.
