Amie Giacumakis counts herself blessed! She grew up in California the youngest of three children. She attended Chapman University, a Christian College, getting her degree in Education and Dance. She spent her college years dancing and performing at Disneyland. Amie always knew she wanted to be a teacher. Her teaching career began in California teaching a 1st/2nd grade combo class where the students only spoke Spanish. Through her teaching career she found 6th grade to be her favorite! Amie has experience in teaching grammar, middle, and high school. After teaching for 28 years Mrs. Giacumakis felt led by God to go into Administration. Amie served one year in California as an Administrator, two years as Assistant Headmaster at Founders Classical Academy in Lewisville, and this is her fourth year at Corinth Classical Academy. She feels blessed to be able to feed into the lives of children!
