Create a team view (Console)

This article explains how to create a team view in Console.

Steps

1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.

2. Navigate to Account > Team Views.

3. Click the New Team View icon (sheet of paper with a plus sign) in the top-right corner of the screen.

4. A modal titled Create Team View will appear. In the Name field, input your desired name for the team view.

5. Click Save to create the team view.

• After you click Save, the system will redirect you to the team view's configuration page.
