Reload an IP endpoint (Console)

Console > Account > IP Endpoints > Reload an IP endpoint (Console)

This article explains how to reload an IP endpoint in Console.

Steps

1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.

2. Navigate to Account > IP Endpoints.

3. Select the IP endpoint you want to reload.

4. Scroll down to near the bottom of the page. On the left side of the page, you’ll see the Reload Endpoint button.

5. Click Reload Endpoint. Then, click Confirm Reload.

6. If the device is a properly configured endpoint, reloading it should work correctly. Otherwise, you’ll receive an error message like “No active device subscriptions found.”
