Create a custom User Status (App)

App > Status > Create a custom user status reason (App)

This article explains how to create a custom user status in App.

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Navigate to the Status workspace in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Click into the Custom status reason text field and type the message to display next to your status box.

Note: If the Custom status reason is not available, you do not have permission to access this feature.

4. Click the box next to the text field to select your status. Options include:

a. Available (green)

b. Busy (orange)

c. Away (red)

5. Press Enter / Return on your keyboard to set the status.
