This article explains how to search for a specific call record in Softphone App.

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Click the softphone icon to open the workspace.

3. Click the call history tab.

4 Open the filter menu.

5. Select how you would like to filter your results:

6. Click into the search field.

7. Enter the applicable search data; either phone number or date.

8. Click the run search magnifying glass icon.

9. Notice the call history log updates to display results matching your search criteria.
