Route calls to a desk phone (App)

App > Settings > Call Settings > > Route calls to a desk phone (App)

This article explains how to route calls to a desk phone in App.

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Open the Settings menu.

3. Select Edit Profile.

4. Click the Call Settings tab.

5. Navigate to the Voice container.

6. Open the Extension Calls Route To menu and select Endpoints.

7. Open the Queue/Ring Group Calls Route To dropdown and select Endpoints.

8. Optional: If you only want to receive calls on the deskphone, navigate to the WebRTC Audio container and disable Enable WebRTC.

This prevents calls from reaching the softphone in addition to the desk phone.

9. Click Save.
