Set Home list reload interval in Queue (App)
This article explains how to set the Home list reload interval in Queue in App.
The Home list reload interval tells the system how often to fetch the latest interaction information.

1. Log into the App at app.avaya.cx.
2. Navigate to Queue.
3. On the Queue Home list, open the reload interval menu.
4. Select one of the options:
Live: Constant updates.
5s: Updates every five seconds.
30s: Updates every 30 seconds.
1m: Updates every minute.
5m: Updates every five minutes.
Off: Updates must be retrieved manually with the refresh button.
Note: When this option is selected, the system updates the list every 5 minutes.
