Mute a call on an interaction

App > Queue > Interactions > Mute a call on an interaction (App)

This article explains how to mute a call on an interaction in App.

Steps

1. From an active interaction, click the customer details tab.

2. Click the mute button.

Note: While muted, the customer can’t hear you, but you can still hear them.

4. Click the mute button again to speak to the customer.
