Grant screen share permissions for Sync on Mac (App)

This article explains how to grant permission to share your screen for Sync on Mac.

Note: To allow Avaya access to your screen for screen sharing on Sync, you must allow Avaya access to screen recording.

Steps

1. Select Apple icon > System Settings.

2. Select Privacy & Security.

3. Scroll down and select Screen Recording.

4. Enable screen recording by using the toggle.
