Create a pie chart (App)
This article explains how to create a pie chart in App.
Steps
1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.
2. Navigate to Analytics.
3. Select the report you’d like to create the pie chart for. For the purposes of this guide, we’re using the report: Number of interactions in each queue.

4. With the report open, click the vertical tri-dot icon in the top-right corner of the screen and click Edit.
5. In the left sidebar, click Charts.
6. Click the plus icon to create a new chart.
7. In the New Chart modal, provide a name for the chart and select the Pie Chart option. Then, click Save.
8. In the left sidebar, there are two dropdown menus: Label and Value.
The Label field is where you select the field you want the pie chart to measure.
The Value field is where you select the numerical value that’ll be used for measurement.
In this example, we’ll choose…
Label: Queue Name
Value: Interaction Id
9. After selecting a label and a value, a pie chart appears with segments for each queue that has handled an interaction. The total number of interactions is represented in the center of the pie chart.
10. To customize the colors of the pie chart, you can either:
Select the Use Default Color toggle.
Add your own custom colors (not recommended for large datasets).

11. Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the screen to save your chart.
