About the Home Tour
Have you ever said to yourself, “Gee, I wish I could get a guided tour through some of the antique homes in Edgewater”?
The Edgewater Historical Society has proudly offered annual Edgewater Home Tours since 1989. On Sunday, September 20, 2026 (rain or shine), we will be featuring the Edgewater Glen Historic District.
At each home, a volunteer docent will greet you and tell you something about the exterior of the house. You will then be escorted with others in a group to tour the inside of the house, where another volunteer docent will highlight some of the features of the interior.
This year’s homes are on Norwood and Glenlake, and will be open from Noon until 5:00 p.m.
Registration
Register is $25 per person and open now and on the day of the tour between Noon and 4 p.m. Your ticket will allow you to receive your Tour Booklet and map, which you will need in order to enter the homes.
Home Tour Registration will be located at 1500 W. Elmdale at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. It is marked by the star on the map below.
