4th grade students create their poetry books using Google Slides by adjusting the page size. They added their own creative touch with images, backgrounds and other elements to make their book unique.
3rd grade students used the green screen program DoInk to design and record their biography interviews. They engaged in the full video creation process from the pre-planning stages which included research and script writing to recording, editing and producing their final product.
3rd grade students create their Person of the Year awards in Google Slides by adjusting the page size. They explored different design elements such as gradient, word art, borders, etc. to make each of their awards unique.
Phaedrus Journalism students use Lucid Press to create collaborative magazines. Their creations included a genre/content of their choice and they were given creative freedom throughout the process. Check out some of their final products!
Ms. Bonanno's 4th grade students peer reviewing their storyboards using Storyboard That. After watching Austin's Butterfly, they learned the power of kind, specific and helpful feedback in order to improve each draft.

As part of her final project, Phaedrus student Skyped with James Conway, former superintendent of New York Attica Correctional facility and guest on “The Norden,” in which he visited Slovakian prisons with a more lenient approach and shared his findings.
Kindergarten students use their Chromebooks to practice logging into Reflex Math. Their reaction to logging in for the first time was, "This is awesome!"
