REQUIREMENTS

  • History of driving a guest first culture
  • 10 years automotive experience, at least 4 years service management experience.
  • Has experience leading a service department with an excess of 40 revenue generating team members
  • Has effectively managed a service team consistently meeting or exceeding aggregated revenue and profit quotas
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to personally engage with guest concerns and team member concerns
  • Has been successful staffing technician and advisor positions to predefined quota.
  • Has knowledge or ability to learn General Motors policies and procedures and operate within these standards
