Cultivate a supportive coaching culture that encourages educators and leaders to achieve a shared vision and meet individual goals.
If you are a principal, coach, mentor, or other edu-leader who is ready to help Digital-Age teachers grow, this is the session for you! We’ll explore a tool for quick classroom “WALKthroughs”, and “TALK-through” questions to guide positive and productive coaching conversations. Practice with real classroom examples and collaborate with others from across our state to create a “Look-and-Listen-Fors” resource!
