Ivan Almarales, Lead Inspector of ECPI, has built a career by pushing the envelope to deliver the utmost professional experience in the home inspection space. After years in construction and hearing/seeing horror stories of the work homeowners experienced with different contractors, he felt it was time to do something about it. He joined the Property Inspection space to give property owners an honest and affordable option for having their property inspected.
