The Partnerships portfolio aims to connect industry professionals and students to provide insights into the modern workforce and allow them to form a diverse network. The Partnerships portfolio communicates with ECOMS sponsorship partners and ensures we maintain strong relationships, helping to coordinate firm attendance at the events we run.
The Marketing portfolio aims to raise awareness of ECOMS and promote the wide range of events we run. It targets both students and potential partner firms, as well as other key stakeholders, to ensure strong engagement and visibility.
The Events portfolio aims to provide a balance to the intensity of university life by creating enjoyable opportunities for students to connect with peers and make lasting memories. This includes organising and running all ECOMS events, from educational sessions to large-scale social functions such as our balls.
The Ordinary Commitee assists with a wide range of tasks across ECOMS, playing a key role in the planning, preparation, and delivery of events. Their support helps ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
The International portfolio aims to increase awareness of ECOMS within the international student community and encourage greater involvement in our events. It helps ensure ECOMS remains inclusive and accessible to students from diverse backgrounds.
Fresher Representatives are elected first-year students who play an active role in supporting various portfolios within the committee. They assist with organising events, promoting student engagement, and representing the voice of new students in decision-making processes throughout the year.
