Experienced microbiologist and molecular biologist, she specializes in molecular genetics and other discipline such as- infectious disease, nano technology, metal nanoparticles, mRNA study  followed by different hands-on molecular techniques i.e. SARSCovid19 rt-PCR, immunology, molecular genetics. Since 2024, she has served as an assistant professor at the BMLT department, Eminent College of Management & Technology. Alongside her academic duties, she has accumulated extensive research experience at Calcutta School of Tropical Medicine & Indian Statistical Institute (2016-2018). She was  a recipient of grant from WB-DST, 2016. Also, she has 2 years professional experience at the Spandan Hospital, including 6 years  academic experience at a Government Middle School.   

Presently, she is responsible for a collaborative teaching at BMLT, Optometry & BBA(H)M department.
