Having academic experience in renowned colleges of Kolkata (Rashtraguru Surendranath College, Motijheel Rabindra Mahavidyalaya, IIIT Banipur, National Institute of Management & Technology, IBM Education, Regent Education and Research Foundation, Swami Vivekananda Institute of Modern Studies) in the domain of Mathematics (B.Sc. (H), B.Tech all streams, MCA, BCA curriculum) for about 22 years.

His research focus on Mathematics led him to earn M.Phil and Ph.D Degree from the University of Calcutta.
