FALL 2018
Hello! My name is Aurora Mazza and this is my GIS Portfolio! I created this while attending Eckerd College as a student using ESRI ArcGIS10.x.1 Software.
This map is portraying the possible hazards that can be had from the danger of volcanic activity, with the addition of the proximity of highways and amount of people per square mile.
This map is conveying the population density while also showing the class of volcanoes and to better visualize the possible danger of close proximity to the volcanoes.
This map portrays the major river systems and their flow, in the continental U.S. and Alaska.
Hailing from my home state of Rhode Island, this is one of my favorite projects. I created a map showing the obstructions that there are to navigating along the coast of RI! Rhode Island has a beautiful shoreline and we are 3% bigger at low tide. 😁
