Step 1: Getting Started- Access your strengths, weaknesses, goals, passions, learning style, and social skills. What is most important to you in the college-search process?
Step 2: Make Some Basic Decisions
What are you interested in studying or majoring?
Where do you want to live? Do you want to attend a public or private school?
Step 3: Make a List of Assistance & Colleges of Interest
Step 4: Take a Campus Visit to the Colleges of your Interest
Step 5: Apply for Admissions & Pay Application Fee

Step 6: Submit Official Testing Scores to the respective colleges

Step 7: Submit Official Copies of your Transcripts

Odessa College Transcript- Please access your OC Web Advisor at www.odessa.edu
Step 8: Submit resumes and letters of recommendation if required.
Step 9: Apply for Financial Aid & Scholarships
Step 10: Apply for Housing once you have been accepted and have decided which college/university you will be attending. Remember there is a housing application deposit so please be sure you are a 100% positive on your decision.
