I cannot log into IGNITE. How do I fix this?

Ensure you are using the correct username (eg. 10046323@aif.ignite.du.au) and password provided in your enrolment confirmation email. Also make sure that you are selecting the 'Continue with Google' button.

If you continue to have trouble logging in please email support@fitness.edu.au.

I cannot open assessment links in IGNITE. How do I fix this?

This error is likely occurring due to being logged into a personal Gmail or Google account in a different web browser, which creates a conflict when attempting to open Challenges in eCampus. It is recommended to log out of any personal accounts, opening eCampus G Suite using the AIF login credentials and re-attempting to open the Challenge links. If Warriors continue to experience issues with opening Challenges, please contact the Online Learning Team by emailing online@ignite.aif.edu.au.

Where is the Squad Announcements section located in Matrix?

The Squad Announcements section is located in two places within your course:

Up to 5 of the most recent announcements can be seen in the upper right hand corner of any page within your course
Up to 6 months of announcements will be listed in more detail in the 'News' tab at the top of your course.

How do I complete my Pre-Activity Questionnaire on IGNITE?

The Pre-Activity Questionnaire section is located in the 'Getting Started' module or first module of your Fitness Essentials Course.

Simply click on the link and complete the Google Form honestly and to the best of your knowledge before participating in any physical activity for the course. One of the Online Learning Team Coaches may be in contact to discuss any health concerns that you may be experiencing, including a request for a medical certificate if required.
